Job summary
Innovas is seeking a Senior Capture & Proposal Manager to lead the end-to-end capture and proposal process for DoD/DoW opportunities. You will shape capture strategies, write and edit executive content, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, high-quality proposals.
The role is remote with up to 25% travel, requiring 10+ years in capture/proposal, and a deep understanding of the federal procurement lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years in capture or proposal management.
- Deep understanding of the Federal acquisition lifecycle, FAR, DFARS, and competitive procurements.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional proposal teams and executive reviews.
- Exceptional writing and editing, plus strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead capture strategy and develop win themes aligned with customer priorities.
- Own the proposal lifecycle from kickoff through submission and review.
- Develop and implement standardized capture processes and maintain a reusable content library.
- Collaborate with BD, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Finance to deliver compliant proposals.
