Job summary

Moderna is expanding its international HR Operations hub in Warsaw. As an HR Operations Partner, you will be the main contact for employees across EMEA, delivering accurate HR support across the lifecycle and driving improvements through Workday, knowledge management, and AI-enabled tools.

You will work with HRBPs, COEs, Payroll, and external vendors to streamline operations, ensure data accuracy, and support regulatory compliance while embracing digital solutions and continuous process

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of HR Operations or shared services experience with case management.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes in an international context.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries across EMEA with timely, accurate resolutions.
• Manage complex inquiries and escalate appropriately to Tier 2 support.
• Document cases and communications in the case management system.
• Develop and maintain knowledge resources, FAQs, and self-service guidance.
• Handle employee data changes in Workday across the EMEA lifecycle with accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, Payroll, and external vendors to improve service delivery.
• Prepare HR reports for audits and provide data-driven insights for process improvements.
• Monitor regulatory changes across EMEA and implement them into local HR processes.
