Job summary

PwC Polska is seeking an HR Transformation Manager to lead HR operating model transformations across client engagements in Europe. You will assess current HR models, drive improvements, and guide multi-disciplinary teams to deliver HR SSC implementations.

Strong analytics, Excel/PowerPoint expertise, and English fluency are essential. You’ll work in a hybrid setup across Poland, with opportunities to apply AI-enabled HR solutions and participate in diverse training programs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in leading HR operating model setups or HR transformation projects.
• Experience in HR SSC setup.
• Strong functional HR experience with consulting background.
• Exceptional analytical skills with HR data.
• Ability to lead and own complex tasks under pressure.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel within Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Transformation initiatives by assessing current HR operating models and implementing HR SSC.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive HR transformations.
• Oversee HR transformation journey from design to execution.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI-enabled HR transformation.
• Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights and bespoke solutions.
• Lead projects beyond HR when needed across Finance, IT, or Procurement.
• Develop and deliver proposals addressing clients’ business needs.
• Invest in continued professional growth through diverse projects and training.
