Job summary

Polpharma in Warsaw seeks a seasoned leader to shape the Group's HR technology landscape, driving data governance, operations simplification, and digital transformation across the organization.

You will define governance models, lead senior teams, manage strategic vendors, and partner with HR, Digital/IT, Finance, Legal, Security and Procurement to deliver enterprise-wide HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in HR technology, HR operations, employee experience, data governance, or digital transformation.
• Proven track record in defining HR technology strategies and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Group-wide HR technology strategy and multi-year digital roadmap aligned with business and HR priorities.
• Build and evolve an integrated HR systems ecosystem with scalable data flows and user-friendly interfaces.
• Establish HR data governance, data quality, reporting, analytics, and workforce insights.
• Create a reliable foundation for people data, dashboards, and decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement of employee journeys across recruitment, onboarding, development, mobility, and offboarding.
