Job summary

CoreWeave, based in Warsaw, is seeking an Engineering Manager to build and scale a high-performing hardware-focused engineering organization across METAL, METALDEV, and METALNET. You will report to the Director of Compute Architecture and coordinate with North American teams to align on roadmaps.

You will manage day-to-day workloads, drive sprint planning, and partner with recruiting to attract top talent while fostering a culture of ownership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hardware, infrastructure, HPC, or related fields.
• 2+ years direct people management experience, including hiring and coaching.
• Proven track record of growing or scaling teams and onboarding engineers.
• Strong technical depth in server hardware, firmware/BMC, Linux, hardware automation, GPU infrastructure, or HPC networking.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workloads, sprint planning, and project execution across METAL, METALDEV, and METALNET in Warsaw.
• Collaborate with North American engineering leaders to align local roadmaps with global plans.
• Partner with Recruiting to attract top-tier hardware engineering talent.
