Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.

• Proven ability to lead large product engineering organizations and global teams.
• Excellent executive communication and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Product Engineering teams and Engineering Managers delivering enterprise products and platforms.
• Support and execute engineering strategy, roadmaps, and operating principles.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop leaders and engineers for succession planning.
• Partner with Product Management to maximize customer value through iterative delivery and data-driven prioritization.
• Drive modernization initiatives including cloud-native development, microservices, and CI/CD practices.
