Job summary

Indero, a CRO now operating in Poland, is seeking an experienced Projects Manager with a strong background in dermatology and rheumatology trials to lead global clinical studies. The role covers start-up through closure, budgeting, risk management, and collaboration with sponsors and internal teams.

You will manage cross-functional activities, ensure audit readiness, and drive delivery of study deliverables while maintaining timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in a related field of clinical research.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an asset.
• At least 10 years industry experience including a minimum of 3 years in a CRO.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Sponsor and provide updates on trial progress.
• Lead client calls effectively.
• Oversee and actively participate in preparation of study deliverables (plans, protocol, eCRF, TLFs).
• Manage budgets, timelines, resources and vendors; coordinate multi-functional teams.
• Ensure assigned studies are audit ready and monitor quality of deliverables.
