Indero is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Dermatology/Rheumatology) in Poland for a permanent, home-based role. You will lead global trials, manage multi-country studies, and coordinate with sponsors and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires extensive CRO experience, strong GCP/ICH knowledge, and excellent English skills. Remote work is offered across Poland with ongoing learning and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of GCP and ICH standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data tools.
• Fluent English; bilingualism is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Client interactions: serve as primary contact for Sponsor and provide timely updates.
• Project planning: oversee study deliverables, plans, and meetings.
• Quality and risk management: ensure audit readiness and manage QA risks.
• Budget and timelines: track internal hours, changes, and resources across functions.
• Team leadership: guide core project team and coordinate with vendors and departments.
