Job summary

ABC Fitness is recruiting a Director of Product for API & AI Orchestration to own the platform end-to-end, drive a scalable strategy, and lead a growing PM team. You’ll shape MCP, monetization, and partner engagement while partnering with engineering, security, and compliance to ensure governance and safety in AI-enabled access.

You’ll influence cross-functional stakeholders, manage a platform P&L, and define success metrics for adoption and reliability across 400+ partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management or equivalent leadership roles.
• Proven track record owning API/platform or developer-facing products end-to-end.
• Experience building a platform, API, or ecosystem with monetization.
• Strong technical fluency on APIs, auth, versioning, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for ABC’s API and AI orchestration platform.
• Build and grow a product management team; set direction and rhythm.
• Define MCP strategy for external AI assistants and agents with proper auth, scoping, and governance.
• Own platform P&L, monetization, packaging, and entitlements.
• Make the API a flagship product with great developer/partner experience.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and compliance to embed governance.
