Job summary

Schibsted in Kraków is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the DAIM data, APIs, integrations and ML platform. You will shape the product direction for a trusted platform that serves dealers, software vendors, and internal teams.

You will drive cross-team collaboration, define API boundaries, and set a clear agentic direction with pilots and a plan for scale. The role emphasizes data governance, extensible architecture, and monetizing data access through thoughtful product strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Product Manager with data/API/platform experience.
• Able to influence multiple teams and own outcomes.
• Focus on adoption, time-to-integrate and customer value.
• Capable of mapping a portfolio of data products and APIs.
• Comfortable discussing data governance, security and exposure.

Responsibilities

• Make integrations solve the customer's actual problem.
• Get the export API right: decide what belongs in the API for partners vs the dealer platform.
• Enable the vertical and build shared data products and data assets.
• Own the portfolio: map and verdict each data product and API (invest/maintain/retire).
• Set the agentic direction: define what agent-native means and pilot it with a plan.
