Job summary

VML Enterprise Solutions in Poland is seeking a Business Analyst with ecommerce/experience project background to join our Delivery team. You will document business needs, translate into user stories, and work with clients to ensure solutions meet requirements.

You will collaborate with our UK project team, run workshops, and work with a Scrum/delivery group through go-live, ensuring stakeholder alignment and delivering high‑quality online experiences for brands.

Qualifications

BA/analyst experience on ecommerce/experience projects.
Proven ability to manage client stakeholders and Product Owners/Managers.
Ability to run workshops with client stakeholders.
Hands-on BA on CMS/DXP projects (Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco, or similar).
Experience gathering requirements for content architecture, templates, and publishing workflows.

Responsibilities

Gather and document requirements and translate into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Identify and recommend options for potential solutions and assess suitability.
Create logical and innovative solutions to problems.
Present proposals to clients.
Work with a scrum / delivery team through go live.
Analyze business systems to recommend efficiencies.
Provide estimates for analysis work with PMs.
Communicate with developers, testers and end users to ensure quality.
