Job summary

VML is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Delivery team and drive successful CMS/DXP projects for global brands. You will document business needs, translate them into user stories, and work with clients and a delivery team to ensure the proposed solution meets expectations.

Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, shaping content architecture, evaluating CMS/DXP options, and delivering high-quality functionality.

Qualifications

Experience as a Business Analyst on e-commerce/experience projects.
Experience managing client stakeholders and Product Owners/Managers.
Able to run workshops with client stakeholders.
Hands-on BA on CMS or DXP projects (e.g., Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco).
Experience gathering requirements for content architecture, templates, editorial workflows, or content migrations.
Strong communication, team player, proactive and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Gather and document requirements and translate into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Identify options for solutions and assess technical and business fit.
Create logical, innovative solutions to problems.
Present proposals to clients and work with delivery teams to go live.
Analyse business systems to drive efficiencies and costs.
Provide estimates for analysis work with PMs.
Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure quality and satisfaction.
Provide training to users of new systems as required.
Plan and adapt to deadlines and changes in scope.
Stay up to date with industry advances and maintain client relationships.
