Job summary

VML Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Project Manager with Content management or DXP experience to join our eCommerce team on a contract basis in Poland. You will lead complex, high‑quality projects on budget and time, working with the Programme Manager/Account Director to meet productivity goals and deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Proven software development project management experience.
• Ecommerce experience ideally within a retail environment.
• Hands-on experience on CMS or DXP projects (Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco).
• Experience gathering requirements for content architecture, templates, workflows, or migrations.
• Proven re-platforming project experience and managing cutover processes.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Effectively run complex projects using Agile methodologies.
• Support the flow of work by solving issues and blockers.
• Produce accurate status reports on milestones, risks and issues.
• Manage multiple workstreams and interdependencies.
• Inspire and lead teams with varying Agile experience.
• Maintain project budgets and resource plans.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and sponsors.
• Provide guidance to junior project managers.
