Job summary

Seargin is seeking a senior Digital Learning & Adoption specialist to lead WalkMe-based DAP initiatives, design persona-driven journeys, and translate analytics into practical improvements.

You will partner with stakeholders to define adoption KPIs, develop learner-centric strategies, and deliver measurable value through data-driven interventions. ADDIE, SAM, and microlearning experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital learning, digital adoption, instructional design, or enterprise capability-building.
• Hands-on experience with Digital Adoption Platforms, preferably WalkMe.
• Experience owning adoption or learning strategies from needs analysis to optimization.
• WalkMe expertise with segmentation, in-app guidance, UI recognition, content orchestration, and analytics.
• Strong background in instructional design and adult learning methods (ADDIE, SAM, microlearning).
• Experience designing role-specific learning journeys for different user groups.
• Ability to analyze software usage and translate insights into adoption strategies.
• Experience defining and measuring adoption and learning KPIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead digital learning and adoption strategies aligned with business objectives and user needs.
• Design persona-based learning journeys tailored to roles, workflows, proficiency levels, and business contexts.
• Design in-application learning experiences using WalkMe and Digital Adoption Platforms
• Analyze user behavior, software usage, and workflow data to identify adoption barriers and improvement opportunities
• Translate behavioral insights into targeted interventions that improve adoption, compliance, proficiency, and data quality
• Define and maintain user segmentation and persona frameworks within the Digital Adoption Platform
• Define and monitor KPIs including time-to-proficiency, feature adoption, workflow completion, engagement, and error reduction
• Evaluate business impact and value realization of digital adoption initiatives and communicate results to senior stakeholders
• Apply adult learning and instructional design methods, including ADDIE, SAM, microlearning, and blended learning
• Continuously optimize learning journeys and adoption interventions based on feedback, analytics, and business outcomes
