Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Training Specialist to join a project delivered in partnership with a global organization in Finance Shared Services. You will transform complex process knowledge into engaging digital learning experiences.

You will work with SMEs and process owners to create scalable training materials using modern digital tools, ensuring consistency across international teams. If you enjoy combining instructional design, visual communication and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital learning content development, instructional design, or e-learning creation.
• Hands-on experience with PowerPoint, Synthesia and Scribe for learning materials.
• Ability to transform complex processes into clear, user-friendly learning content.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
• Residence in Poland and readiness to work in the Polish market.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital learning assets such as presentations and training materials.
• Transform Finance Shared Services documentation into modern learning experiences.
• Collaborate with SMEs, process owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements and coordinate reviews.
• Create and maintain training videos using PowerPoint, Synthesia, and Scribe.
• Drive ongoing improvement and standardization across teams and locations.
