Job summary

Billennium is seeking an experienced Learning & Adoption Strategist to lead a long-term project for a leading healthcare organization. You will shape how employees learn, adopt, and maximize value of digital workplace technologies by designing personalized in-app learning experiences powered by WalkMe.

You will partner with product owners, UX teams, training teams, and stakeholders across global functions to drive user proficiency, software adoption, and measurable business value realization in

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing enterprise digital learning strategies
• 3+ years with Digital Adoption Platforms (WalkMe)
• Deep understanding of WalkMe architecture, segmentation, and analytics
• Experience designing persona-based learning journeys and adoption frameworks
• Advanced knowledge of instructional design methods (ADDIE, SAM)
• Strong UX understanding for in-app learning experiences
• Ability to translate analytics into learning strategies and business value
• Consulting mindset for scalable learning solutions in global orgs
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Design persona-based digital learning journeys aligned with business workflows
• Architect in-app learning experiences within WalkMe ecosystem and collaborate with builders
• Collaborate with UX teams on segmentation and guided paths
• Translate analytics and adoption data into learning interventions
• Analyze WalkMe Insights to identify improvements and ROI
• Develop data-driven recommendations to improve adoption and UX
• Translate software usage data into executive narratives
• Govern content quality and digital guidance standards across DAP layer
• Implement and optimize in-app feedback mechanisms (NPS, CSAT)
• Partner with product owners, builders, training teams, UX and business stakeholders across global functions
