Job summary

Seargin is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to lead end-to-end OCM initiatives in large, matrix environments across multi-country IT transformations. The role focuses on impact assessments, change traffic planning, sponsor enablement, adoption analytics, and governance support to ensure effective people-side delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Candidates should have 5+ years in OCM, proficiency with Prosci/ADKAR or similar, and a track record of building Change Champion

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading end-to-end Organizational Change Management initiatives in large corporate, matrix environments.
• Proven experience steering people-side of large IT/digital/infra/cloud transformations.
• Deep expertise in Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or ACMP with practical application.
• Strong experience conducting change impact/ readiness assessments and stakeholder mapping.
• Ability to identify and mitigate resistance, enable sponsors, and mobilize Change Champions.
• Experience translating user feedback and analytics into actionable adoption strategies.
• Strong executive presence, empathy, conflict resolution, and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead scalable end-to-end OCM strategies from planning through execution and reinforcement.
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to identify user impacts and capability gaps.
• Coordinate change sequencing across concurrent technology rollouts and protect user capacity.
• Coach executives and business leaders to become visible change advocates and strengthen leadership ownership.
• Build and scale global Change Champion networks to support peer advocacy and adoption.
• Identify root causes of resistance and implement targeted engagement and coaching interventions.
• Define KPIs for readiness, sentiment, behavioral change, adoption velocity, and sustained usage.
• Support governance by aligning stakeholders, coordinating deliverables, and reporting transformation health.
