Job summary

NIQ is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning Content Developer and Storyteller to transform learning into clear, engaging experiences for a global audience. This hybrid role focuses on storytelling, content design, and learner empathy to translate complex information into practical resources across regions and time zones.

You will partner with SMEs, HR, and vendors to develop learner-facing assets and launch communications, strengthening the learner experience at scale.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or related fields.
• Strong ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content for global audiences.
• Hands-on experience with Easygenerator, Synthesia and Articulate is required.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain high-quality learner-facing materials and knowledge resources.
• Translate complex information into clear, concise learning content for diverse audiences.
• Use storytelling and scenarios to improve learner engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with SMEs, programme owners, HR, and vendors to produce scalable learning content.
• Support content in Workday Learning and other platforms.
