Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Training Specialist to transform complex process knowledge into engaging digital learning experiences for a Finance Shared Services environment.

You will collaborate with SMEs, process owners, and stakeholders to create scalable materials using PowerPoint, Synthesia, and Scribe, ensuring consistency across international teams.

This role offers exposure to global projects, a strong learning culture, and opportunities to drive standardization and impact.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in digital learning content development or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with PowerPoint, Synthesia, and Scribe for digital learning materials.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level for international collaboration.
• Residence in Poland and availability to work in the Polish market.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital learning assets including presentations, training materials, visual guides, and short-form content.
• Transform existing Finance Shared Services documentation and training resources into modern learning experiences.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts, process owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements, validate content, and coordinate reviews.
• Create and maintain training videos and digital materials using PowerPoint, Synthesia, and Scribe with high quality and consistency.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of learning content across teams and locations.
