Job summary

Seargin is seeking a Senior Change Manager to design and drive comprehensive organizational change management initiatives across large-scale digital workplace transformations. This role focuses on people change, stakeholder engagement, and rapid adoption of modern collaboration tools, rather than purely IT governance.

Operating in a global context, you will map stakeholders, coach executives, mobilize Change Champions, and ensure readiness while coordinating multi-product rollouts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years directing end-to-end Organizational Change Management initiatives within a large corporate matrix.
• Led people-side change of large-scale IT/digital workplace transformations.
• Strong preference for OCM over ITIL/ITSM governance, CAB governance or infrastructure change control.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable end-to-end OCM strategies for large user populations.
• Lead change impact assessments and readiness audits.
• Coordinate change traffic across product lines and releases.
• Coach leaders and sponsors to advocate for digital workplace tech.
• Build and scale a global network of Change Champions.
• Identify resistance and implement targeted interventions.
• Define KPIs to measure adoption and readiness.
