Job summary

Billennium is seeking an experienced Learning & Adoption Strategist to lead a long-term project for a leading healthcare organization. You will shape how employees learn, adopt, and maximize value of digital workplace technologies by designing personalized in-app learning experiences powered by WalkMe.

• 5+ years designing enterprise digital learning strategies

• Advanced knowledge of instructional design methods (ADDIE, SAM)
• Strong UX understanding for in-app learning experiences

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Adoption Strategist to join a long-term project for a leading healthcare organization.

In this role, you will shape how employees learn, adopt, and maximize the value of digital workplace technologies by designing personalized, in-app learning experiences powered by WalkMe. Acting as a strategic advisor, you will help drive user proficiency, software adoption, process efficiency, and measurable business value realization across global teams operating in pharma, diagnostics, and corporate environments.

The project combines digital adoption, instructional design, UX, analytics, and user enablement, offering a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of learning strategy and technology transformation.

What you will do:

• Design persona-based digital learning journeys aligned with business workflows and user needs
• Shape and architect in-app learning experiences within the WalkMe ecosystem, partnering with technical builders on implementation (SmartWalkthroughs, SmartTips, Checklists, Surveys)
• Collaborate with UX teams to define segmentation strategies and personalized guidance paths
• Translate user behavior analytics, adoption data, and process bottlenecks into targeted learning and adoption interventions
• Analyze WalkMe Insights and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement, accelerate user proficiency, and demonstrate business value and ROI of adoption initiatives
• Develop data-driven recommendations that improve feature adoption, user experience, and process effectiveness
• Translate software utilization data into compelling business narratives and executive-level insights
• Govern learning content quality, messaging consistency, and digital guidance standards across the Digital Adoption Platform layer
• Implement and continuously optimize in-app feedback mechanisms, including NPS and CSAT surveys
• Partner with product owners, technical builders, training teams, UX specialists, and business stakeholders across global functions

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience designing enterprise digital learning strategies, instructional architectures, software adoption programs, or employee enablement initiatives
• 3+ years of strategic experience working with Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP), with strong expertise in WalkMe
• Deep understanding of WalkMe architecture, user segmentation, UI recognition, and WalkMe Insights
• Experience designing persona-based learning journeys and adoption frameworks aligned with business workflows
• Advanced knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies (e.g. ADDIE, SAM, learner-centric design principles)
• Strong understanding of UX principles related to digital guidance, user workflows, and in-app learning experiences
• Ability to interpret behavioral and adoption analytics and translate insights into effective learning and adoption strategies
• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to identify operational challenges and recommend scalable learning solutions
• Experience working successfully in complex, matrixed, global organizations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present business value and adoption outcomes to senior leadership

Nice to Have:

• WalkMe certifications (DAP Advisor, DAP Program Manager, DAP Analytics, or similar)
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or other highly regulated environments
• Experience with LMS platforms, blended learning ecosystems, and enterprise learning technologies
• Experience leading large-scale digital literacy, employee enablement, or software adoption initiatives
