Job summary

Iron Systems, Inc. is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide field services, onsite support for PCs and mobile devices, and hands-on help for meeting rooms and events in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 6–8 years of experience in Field Services/Onsite Support, strong Windows 10/11 knowledge, and proficiency with Office 365. You will coordinate with teams to resolve issues quickly and contribute to smooth office moves and deployments.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have 6 to 8 years in Field Services / Onsite Support Services.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
• Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or Technical Support Engineer.
• Ability to implement remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.
• Experience with Windows Imaging Projects and OS deployments.

Responsibilities

• Provide field services and onsite support for PCs, mobiles, and hardware.
• Support meeting rooms, events, and office moves.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS and basic networking issues.
• Coordinate with multiple teams for quick issue resolution.
