Job summary

UBS in Wroclaw is seeking an operations specialist to manage ETD trades and OTC settlement processes within the Asset Management Derivatives Operations team. You'll focus on accuracy, timeliness, and risk-aware execution in a fast-paced, international environment.

In this role you’ll reconcile trades, ensure complete Trade Repository data, collaborate with global partners, and drive process improvements to support seamless trade lifecycle operations.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of Global Markets and knowledge of Securities, Fixed Income, and Derivative products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a risk-aware mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Excel and solid IT skills to manage data efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Managing ETD trade and position reconciliation with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensuring all Trade Repository data reflects complete and compliant trading records.
• Overseeing the timely settlement of OTC transactions across multiple instruments.
• Performing reconciliations and investigating any transaction breaks.
• Collaborating closely with global partners to deliver seamless operational excellence.
