Job summary

UBS in Wroclaw is seeking a detail-oriented professional to handle trade booking, settlement instructions, and monitoring of value-date settlements within the Asset Transfers Team. You will collaborate with international counterparties and ensure accurate execution of securities transfers.

The team, based in Wrocław, focuses on delivering exceptional service to Wealth Management Europe and maintaining high standards of risk awareness and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Motivated and self-directed with ability to work across teams and functions.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to perform under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English; another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Book trades and release instructions for inbound, outbound, and internal security transfers/buys and sells.
• Make agreements of settlement instructions with international counterparties.
• Monitor settlement of transactions on value date.
