Job summary

UBS is seeking a skilled professional to join the Asset Management Derivatives Operations team in Wroclaw, Poland. You will oversee the full lifecycle of trades—from confirmation to settlement and collateral—ensuring accurate data and timely processing across multiple asset classes.

You will collaborate with global partners to perform reconciliations, investigate breaks, and uphold high standards of risk control and process excellence in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of Global Markets and knowledge of Securities, Fixed Income, and Derivatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a risk-aware mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and solid IT skills to manage data efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage manual and electronic trade confirmations with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure Trade Repository data reflects complete and compliant records.
• Oversee timely settlement of market-facing trades across asset classes.
• Perform reconciliations and investigate transaction or position breaks.
• Collaborate with global partners to deliver seamless operational excellence.
