Job summary

Citi in Warsaw is seeking an experienced professional to join our Securities and Derivatives Processing team. You will process and settle capital markets transactions, collaborate with trading desks, offices, and operations to ensure accurate, timely execution and compliant settlement.

The role covers equities, fixed income, derivatives and other instruments, with focus on resolving trade exceptions, improving processes, and supporting growth.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Deep knowledge of capital market products (Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income, FX).
• Strong understanding of trade capture, confirmation, settlement & reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage capital markets transactions with accurate execution and settlement.
• Partner with trading desks and operations to resolve trade exceptions.
• Act as a key contact for settlement, investigations and exception management.
• Support equities, fixed income, structured products, options, and physical securities.
• Identify and resolve operational issues impacting settlement, client experience or risk.
• Drive continuous process improvement and control enhancements.
• Participate in system implementations and change initiatives to support growth.
