Job summary

UBS is seeking a paid internship in the ETD operations team based in Wrocław, Dominikański Center. You will process ETD transactions, monitor daily items, and liaise with client relationship teams while learning from experienced specialists.

Key Responsibilities

Are you well-organized and detail-oriented? Do you have a high client service orientation and risk awareness? We’re looking for someone who is ready to perform the following tasks in ETD operations team:

• process ETD transactions, while being responsible for products during their whole lifecycle (starting from the setup of product up until expiration)
• monitor and process pending items, correcting discrepancies during daily workflow
• launch investigations, prepare documents, provide information, and compose correspondence with stakeholders
• identify and resolve technical and settlement issues with the help of a reconciliation tool
• interact with client relationship teams and other front and middle office teams

The team

You will be working in the ETD operations team which is based in Wrocław, Dominikański Center. Our goal is to deliver exceptional service to the Wealth Management Europe business and ensure client satisfaction is on the highest level.

Our internship is an ideal way to gain the work experience you will need to launch your career. It is also an opportunity to work with and learn from some of our experienced specialists in the Team. Your paid internship will last 6 months based on a 40-hour week with flexible working hours between 7:30am-5pm. Successful interns will have an opportunity to remain at UBS on a permanent basis.

• you do not have to show us previous professional experience, but if you have it, it will be an asset
• motivated, self-directed and driven, as well as adaptable and able to work across teams and functions
• ability to take responsibility and stay focused on objectives with a can-do-attitude
• comfortable working independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• great organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
• good communication and relationship building skills
• fluent in English, both spoken and written (knowledge of another language would be an asset)
• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standard and ethical use.
