Job summary

UBS is seeking a paid internship in the ETD operations team based in Wrocław, Dominikański Center. You will process ETD transactions, monitor daily items, and liaise with client relationship teams while learning from experienced specialists.

The 6-month program offers 40-hour weeks, flexible hours between 7:30am-5pm, and potential permanent opportunities for successful interns. We value organization, attention to detail, risk awareness, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated organizational and detail-oriented approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Able to work across teams and functions with a can-do attitude.
• Fluent in English; another language is a plus.
• Interest in exploring AI to improve workflows with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Process ETD transactions and manage products through their lifecycle.
• Monitor and clear pending items, fix discrepancies in daily workflow.
• Launch investigations; prepare documents and correspondence with stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve settlement issues using the reconciliation tool.
• Collaborate with client relationships and front/middle office teams.
