Job summary

UBS in Wroclaw is seeking a detail-oriented, client-service focused professional to join the Corporate Actions and Income Processing team on a temporary/contract basis. You will handle notifications, bookings, reconciliations, and investigations to ensure accurate processing.

Based in the Dominikański Center, you will collaborate with Wealth Management Europe, benefit from internal mobility and a supportive environment, with opportunities for shadowing and referrals.

Qualifications

• Motivated, self-directed and driven, adaptable and able to work across teams and functions.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
• Available to work under pressure.
• Great organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written (additional languages beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute client notifications regarding Corporate Actions and Income Processing events.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of client bookings.
• Perform reconciliation for both cash and stock breaks.
• Conduct investigations to ensure accurate and timely processing.
