About The Job

As a Global Forecast Analyst within the Smart Planning team, you will lead the development and deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning solutions to optimize demand planning processes. You will work cross-functional with data scientists, planners, and business stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making and improve forecast accuracy and operational efficiency.

This position is based in Poland.

Main Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to the development and implementation of machine learning models for demand forecasting and planning,
• Lead initiatives related to KPI tracking and dashboarding to monitor and enhance planning performance,
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate machine learning solutions into planning tools such as SAP IBP,
• Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, and model interpretability across planning systems,
• Work closely with Regional Forecast Analysts within the planning transformation team,
• Drive innovation by exploring and applying new technologies and methodologies in predictive analytics,
• The role requires approximately 20% business travel per year across continents (depending on business needs).

About You
