Job summary

Timex Group Polska Sp.zo.o. seeks a proactive Demand Planner to develop accurate demand forecasts and analyze sales and inventory trends. You will drive optimal product availability while aligning planning with commercial goals and facilitating data-driven decisions across the organization.

The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience with ERP/forecasting systems, in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Warsaw-based position with competitive package.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in demand planning or a similar role within an international organization.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced Excel proficiency and experience using ERP and forecasting systems.
  • Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written) required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and improve demand forecasts using sales trends, historical data, and market insights.
  • Analyze inventory levels, sales performance, and supply chain data to maximize sales, margin, and stock availability.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align demand planning with business objectives.
  • Prepare accurate, timely reports and forecasts for local and global stakeholders.
  • Monitor demand fluctuations and propose proactive adjustments to optimize stock and order management.
  • Oversee inbound goods control, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.

Working closely with both local and international teams, you will play a key role in aligning demand planning with commercial goals and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
