Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Demand Generation & ABM Manager to turn our solution priorities into integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline.
You will shape and deliver global demand generation and account-based marketing programmes, working closely with Sales, regional SDR teams, solution experts, and Marketing. This is a hands‑on role where you will have the opportunity to build and improve how we work, from audience strategy and campaign orchestration to automation, lead management, attribution, and ROI.
A key part of the role will be developing ABM programmes for enterprise accounts, with a particular focus on pharma and life sciences.
What You Will Do:
- Plan and run integrated demand generation programmes across priority solutions, industries, and markets, translating global strategy into coordinated campaigns, plays, and customer touchpoints.
- Design and deliver account-based marketing programmes for selected enterprise accounts and segments, particularly in pharma and life sciences, partnering closely with Sales and solution teams on account selection, targeting, and orchestration.
- Build audience and campaign strategies using ICPs, personas, buying committees, account tiering, and intent signals to connect meaningful customer needs with the right Billennium solutions.
- Own campaign execution and lead flow from first engagement through MQL, SQL, and opportunity, including scoring, routing, nurture journeys, lifecycle stages, SDR/Sales handover, and agreed SLAs.
- Build scalable, automated campaign operations in our marketing automation and CRM environment, introducing reusable templates, AI-enabled ways of working, and strong data‑quality practices.
- Measure and optimise commercial impact using engagement, conversion, sourced and influenced pipeline, cost per opportunity, attribution, and ROI to make informed decisions about campaigns and budgets.
- Coordinate integrated campaign delivery with Sales, SDRs, Content, Creative, Social Media, PR, Events, and technology partners, ensuring Billennium solutions and customer challenges remain at the centre of joint campaigns.
