Billennium is seeking an experienced Global PR & Communications Manager to strengthen its reputation across EMEA, North America, and APAC. You will own the global PR agenda, executive positioning, and international employer branding communications, reporting to the Global Head of Marketing.

The role requires at least 6 years in PR and a track record in B2B technology or consulting, with strong media relations and English at a professional level.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in PR, corporate communications, media relations, or reputation management.
• Experience in B2B technology, IT services, or consulting.
• Solid understanding of AI, cloud, data, cybersecurity, or digital transformation.
• Proven ability to run cross-market communications across multiple cultures.
• Excellent writing and editing for press releases, statements, interviews, and social content.
• Experience in employer branding and social media analytics.
• Fluency in English at C1 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Develop a global PR and corporate communications strategy for EMEA, NA, and APAC.
• Manage relationships with international journalists, media, PR agencies, and industry groups.
• Lead executive communications for Management Board members and experts.
• Shape international employer branding communications with People & Culture and regional teams.
• Define and oversee the Social Media strategy with the Social Media Specialist.
• Coordinate communications for strategic partnerships, events, and market expansion.
• Lead crisis and sensitive communications with clear messages and scenarios.
