We are currently looking for a Delivery / Engagement Lead to join a client from the life sciences and healthcare industry and support a strategic transformation program focused on implementing global data and analytics solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who can effectively combine delivery management expertise, business collaboration, and technical team coordination. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can quickly navigate complex project environments, establish structure and direction for the team, and consistently drive successful delivery outcomes.

About the Project

You will join a major business-driven transformation program focused on deploying and scaling enterprise solutions supporting critical business operations across multiple markets.

The role is embedded within a data-focused stream responsible for building and evolving data repositories, integrations, and analytical capabilities. You will work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution and alignment with program objectives.

This position requires strong ownership, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience delivering complex data initiatives in large international organizations.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the day-to-day execution of a multidisciplinary delivery team within the data repository stream.
• Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, refinements, and backlog discussions.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, architectural vision, and implementation delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Data Architects, Business Analysts, and Product Owners.
• Coordinate work across multiple teams and stakeholders involved in the program.
• Drive delivery execution while monitoring progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Support the team in achieving quality standards and Definition of Done requirements.
• Provide structured reporting and status updates to senior stakeholders and program leadership.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business representatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives supporting delivery excellence.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• Current residence within the EMEA region (required for collaboration within core business hours).
• Proven experience delivering data-related initiatives, including data repositories, datastores, and complex data integration projects.
• Strong experience managing delivery within large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience working with SAFe, Scrum, or other Agile delivery frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to align technical and business teams around common objectives.
• Experience working in business-driven IT transformation programs.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and quickly establish structure within complex environments.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience working within large global healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences organizations.
• Understanding of modern data architecture concepts and data platforms.
• Familiarity with complex global deployment programs.
