Job summary

Billennium is seeking a passionate Solution Architect (Pre-Sales) to join our Commercial & Solution team in Poland. You’ll bridge business needs and technology, shaping concepts and designing scalable architectures for software development projects, products, and services.

In this role, you’ll support sales with proposals, estimations, and technical discussions, collaborate with delivery and engineering teams, and guide clients toward value-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or senior technical expert in a pre-sales or delivery environment.
• Strong background in software development and application architecture, including modern development practices and design patterns.
• Broad understanding of technology domains, including application development, cloud environments, data platforms, and integration.
• Experience in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable systems across distributed architectures and modern platforms.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience working with clients and supporting sales processes.
• Fluent English (C1 or higher) and a proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architectures aligned with client expectations, business goals, and Billennium’s capabilities.
• Support the sales process by contributing to proposals, presentations, estimations, and technical discussions with clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor during pre-sales engagements, working closely with Sales, Client Executives, and technical teams.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to refine and validate solution designs, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
• Participate in bid processes, including solution costing, structuring offers, and aligning technical and commercial aspects.
• Ensure smooth handover of designed solutions to delivery teams, supporting transition and implementation phases.

• Exposure to AI, data-driven solutions, or advanced analytics use cases.
• Experience working with enterprise clients, ideally in regulated industries or complex environments.
• Knowledge of commercial aspects of solutioning, including pricing, estimation, and cost optimization.
