DataArt seeks a Principal Data & Analytics Strategy and Technology Consultant to help Healthcare and Life Sciences organizations solve complex business challenges.

You will define data strategies, lead transformation programs, and deliver high-value analytics initiatives while contributing to business development and growth of the Data & Analytics practice.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading data strategy, data governance, and data driven transformation in Healthcare and Life Sciences.
• Extensive experience in custom IT services, software development, IT solutions, or implementation environments.
• Experience leading change management initiatives within enterprise organizations.
• Experience influencing data architecture and technology selection for enterprise data platforms.
• Experience implementing data strategies to support internal AI platforms.
• Experience across the United States and Europe in Healthcare and Life Sciences.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, EU AI Act).
• Proven ability to manage complex technology initiatives and communicate with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Position overview

We are looking for an experienced Principal Data & Analytics Strategy and Technology Consultant to help Healthcare and Life Sciences organizations solve complex business challenges through data driven strategies and transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal delivery teams to define data strategies, lead organizational transformation programs, and deliver high value analytics initiatives. You will also contribute to business development activities and support the growth of the Data & Analytics practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal account teams while gaining a deep understanding of business objectives and challenges
• Lead collaborative engagements to identify, define, and solve complex data and analytics challenges aligned with client goals
• Work with Practice Leadership and Account Management teams to develop account strategies and identify opportunities for data driven growth
• Act as the principal consultant for large scale data transformation initiatives and contribute to strategic deliverables, including assessments, roadmaps, and vision statements
• Participate in data and analytics presales activities, including opportunity qualification, RFP responses, proposal development, and deal closure
• Support team growth by mentoring colleagues and sharing expertise across strategic client engagements
• Drive measurable business outcomes by achieving revenue goals, expanding client relationships, and meeting utilization targets
• Contribute to the growth of the Healthcare and Life Sciences practice through go to market initiatives, solution development, methodologies, and strategic programs

Requirements

• Proven experience leading data strategy, data governance, data maturity, and data driven transformation initiatives within Healthcare and Life Sciences organizations, including healthcare providers, payers, non profit healthcare organizations, pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, and medical device companies
• Extensive experience in custom IT services, software development, IT solutions, or implementation environments
• Experience leading change management initiatives within enterprise organizations
• Experience influencing data architecture, solution design, and technology selection for enterprise data platforms, data warehouses, data lakes, lakehouses, and data science platforms
• Experience implementing data strategies that support the development of internal AI platforms
• Experience working within the Healthcare and Life Sciences industries across the United States and Europe
• Strong knowledge of healthcare and life sciences regulations, including HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, and the EU AI Act
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare data exchange standards and terminology, including FHIR, HL7, SNOMED CT, and ICD 10, as well as regulatory frameworks such as TEFCA and EHDS
• Strong understanding of data and technology consulting principles and best practices
• Experience leading large scale data programs and supporting revenue growth across client portfolios
• Experience collaborating with business development and sales engineering teams
• Proven ability to manage complex technology initiatives and communicate effectively with senior business and IT stakeholders
• Demonstrated success in building client relationships, facilitating strategic planning, and driving organizational adoption
• Solid understanding of business operations, products, and services
