Job summary

Transition Technologies MS is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-border analytics, BI and digital transformation initiatives. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and own end-to-end delivery from planning to benefits realization.

Responsibilities include governance, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting. A strong background in Azure, Snowflake, and Power BI with ERP/CRM familiarity (SAP/Salesforce) is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project or program management, incl. 5+ years in data/analytics/BI/AI or ERP initiatives.
• Experience leading international, cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Knowledge of analytics delivery lifecycle from requirements to operational handover.
• Experience with data platforms, cloud tech, data warehouses and modern analytics ecosystems.
• Strong experience with Azure, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric and/or Power BI.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM ecosystems like SAP and Salesforce.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, international projects across data, analytics, Business Intelligence and digital transformation. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and work closely with business and technology stakeholders, taking end-to-end ownership of project delivery — from planning and governance through implementation, adoption and benefits realization.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of analytics, BI, data management, reporting and AI-related projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Establish project governance, delivery frameworks, reporting mechanisms and communication plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Architects, Snowflake Developers, Power BI/Microsoft Fabric Developers, AI Engineers, ERP specialists and external vendors.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners and IT teams to align project objectives with business priorities.
• Facilitate project workshops, steering committees, status meetings and executive-level reporting.
• Manage resource planning, milestones, project budgets and delivery dependencies.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues and delivery obstacles.
• Drive change management and business adoption of delivered solutions.
• Ensure compliance with governance processes, security standards and project management best practices.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and delivery partners.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, decision logs and RAID registers.
• Monitor benefits realization and post-go-live performance.

We are looking for you, if you have:

• 8+ years of experience in project or program management, including at least 5 years leading enterprise data, analytics, BI, AI, digital transformation or ERP-related initiatives.
• Proven experience managing international, cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong understanding of the analytics delivery lifecycle — from business requirements and data sourcing through data modeling, reporting, testing, deployment and operational handover.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms, cloud technologies, data warehouses and modern analytics ecosystems.
• Practical knowledge of technologies and platforms such as Azure, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric and/or Power BI.
• Practical understanding of enterprise ERP and CRM ecosystems, preferably SAP and Salesforce.
• Strong experience managing scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with executive leadership, business owners, IT teams and external partners.
• Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience establishing project governance and project reporting, preferably using Azure DevOps.
• Strong negotiation, facilitation, presentation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a complex, matrixed international environment.
• Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP or SnowPro Core will be considered an advantage.
