Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in Kraków is seeking a Delivery Enablement Manager UK PMO to support the UK Portfolio Value Management. You will help shape a Target Operating Model, enable agile ways of working, and oversee Value Streams with a focus on delivering business value through change outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of resilience risks and controls.
• Experience in Agile PMO processes and best practices.
• Practical Jira/Confluence usage for delivery tracking.
• Clear written and verbal stakeholder communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to run meetings in English via video/phone with clear outcomes.
• Self-motivated with proactive delivery focus.
• SAFe Agilist, MoP, PMP, Prince2 training or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Bring programme and project management experience on complex projects across countries or regions.
• Execute global PMO processes and coordinate change management activities with key stakeholders.
• Support the PMO function as it transitions to Agile ways of working.
• Track review and control Value Stream progress against OKRs and budgets.
• Anticipate delivery risks and blockers; support mitigations.
• Support leadership in PI Planning, Sub-Value Stream budget control and QBR.
• Assist with benefits tracking and quality assurance across the change lifecycle.
• Engage in Value Stream resource management including onboarding of stakeholders.
