Job summary

Synechron seeks a PMO Delivery Lead to oversee CTO portfolio delivery from Kraków, operating in a hybrid model. You will drive governance, reporting, and cross-team coordination to ensure programmes meet strategic objectives and client standards.

The role requires expert stakeholder management, leadership, and deep knowledge of portfolio management practices within fintech environments. You will collaborate with senior sponsors and ExCo to enable successful outcomes.

• Strong reporting skills with CTO-level visibility.
• Deep knowledge of portfolio management frameworks and best practices.
• Proactive problem-solving and stakeholder negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Act as PMO Delivery Lead for CTO Areas and coordinate cross-portfolio delivery.
• Serve as single point of contact between Areas and Central PMO.
• Support area planning, track progress, and report health metrics.
• Ensure programmes align with client frameworks and standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize resource demand and planning.
• Monitor interdependencies with other programmes and drive improvements.
