Job summary

HSBC is seeking an experienced Head of Identity and Access Management Service Delivery in Kraków to lead a global IAM organization. You will set strategic direction, drive end-to-end IAM operations, and partner with Cybersecurity, Technology and business stakeholders to deliver outcomes at pace.

You will manage 200+ professionals across locations, drive automation, assurance, and robust control environments while fostering a high-performance culture and strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology management experience with IAM focus.
• Strong leadership of global IAM delivery and operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead globally distributed IAM Service Delivery teams (200+ colleagues).
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Technology, HR, Risk and Compliance to deliver outcomes.
• Define and lead transformation roadmap, automate processes, and improve efficiencies.
• Coach and mentor IAM professionals, develop talent, and strengthen succession planning.
• Ensure IAM operations meet regulatory and audit expectations (GDPR, PCI DSS, SOX).
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to meet service outcomes.
• Provide regular reporting to senior management on performance and risk.
