Pactus.eu is seeking a proactive Debt Recovery Team member in Wroclaw to secure client liquidity through amicable negotiations. You will assess payment arrears, verify contracts, and tailor repayment plans while maintaining detailed CRM records. Training and coaching to sharpen negotiation skills are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with customer service via phone is beneficial.
• Polish, Romanian and English (B1) are preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.

Aufgaben

• Contact clients by phone to negotiate amicable debt repayment plans.
• Verify contracts and review cases reported by clients.
• Diagnose the financial situation of callers and identify arrears causes.
• Maintain and update contact details in the CRM system.
• Document progress of conversations and report actions in CRM.
• Collaborate with other departments and participate in training and coaching.
