Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C, Billing or collections.
• Experience in customer-facing invoicing and dispute resolution.
• Good understanding of O2C processes and AR fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring outstanding receivables and overdue invoices.
• Supporting invoicing and billing processes.
• Contacting customers regarding payments and queries.
• Investigating reasons for payment delays and resolving issues.
• Reviewing billing discrepancies and customer disputes.
• Maintaining customer data in ERP systems.
• Monitoring accounts and timely allocation of payments.
• Preparing receivables and collection reports.
• Collaborating with internal teams across departments.
• Supporting cash collection and maintaining cash flow.
• Contributing to process improvements in O2C.
