Job summary

PwC Polska in Kraków is seeking an OtC Accountant with Romanian to join our Finance Managed Services team in a project environment. You will monitor receivables, support invoicing, contact customers, resolve payment issues, and maintain ERP data while collaborating with Sales, Customer Service and Finance to ensure timely cash collection.

The role requires 1–3 years in AR/O2C, fluent English and Romanian, ERP experience, advanced Excel, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach in a dynamic

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C, Billing or similar.
• Excellent command of English and Romanian for day‑to‑day communication.
• Experience in invoicing, receivables, payment follow‑ups or dispute resolution.
• Good understanding of O2C processes and AR fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor outstanding receivables and overdue invoices.
• Support invoicing and billing processes.
• Contact customers via email and phone regarding payments.
• Investigate reasons for payment delays and support resolution.
• Review and resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes.
• Maintain and update customer accounts in ERP systems.
• Monitor accounts and ensure timely allocation of payments.
• Prepare reports on receivables, overdue invoices and collections.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Finance and Sales.
• Support cash collection activities and maintain cash flow.
• Ensure high‑quality customer communication and relationships.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in O2C.
