Zusammenfassung

PwC Poland is seeking an OtC Accountant with Romanian for a project environment. You will monitor receivables, support invoicing, contact customers, and investigate payment delays while collaborating with Finance, Sales, and Customer Service in a hybrid setup.

The role requires 1–3 years in AR/O2C, strong Excel and ERP skills, and fluent English & Romanian for day-to-day communications. You will help maintain cash flow and drive process improvements in the O2C area.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in English and Romanian for daily internal and external communications.
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C, Billing, or similar.
• Experience in customer-facing invoicing, receivables, payment follow-ups or disputes.
• Solid understanding of O2C processes and AR fundamentals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of AI-based tools in daily work.

Aufgaben

• Monitor outstanding receivables and overdue invoices.
• Support invoicing and billing processes.
• Contact customers via email and phone regarding payments and queries.
• Investigate reasons for payment delays and support resolutions.
• Review billing discrepancies, disputes and returns-related cases.
• Maintain customer accounts in ERP systems.
• Prepare reports on receivables and collection activities.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Finance, Sales and internal stakeholders.
• Support cash collection activities and maintain healthy cash flow.
• Ensure high-quality customer communication and relationships.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in O2C.
