Job summary

Vertiv in Cluj-Napoca, Romania seeks a Credit and Collection Specialist fluent in Polish to join the team. You will manage the Polish customer portfolio, perform credit risk analysis, and drive monthly cash collection while building strong customer relationships.

Reporting to the C&C Manager, you will collaborate with Polish colleagues across EMEA, monitor credit limits, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance with credit processes.

Qualifications

• Education: University degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• Language skill: Polish & English at an advanced level.

Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with Polish customers by phone/email and manage customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Polish colleagues and stakeholders across EMEA.
• Contribute to achieving our monthly cash collection and past due targets.
• Report directly to the C&C Manager based in Cluj.
