Job summary

PwC Poland invites applications for an OtC Accountant with Romanian in a project-based setting. You will manage receivables, assist invoicing, and liaise with customers to resolve issues, while updating ERP data and supporting cash collection efforts.

You will work with English and Romanian daily, collaborating with internal teams to optimize O2C processes in a dynamic PwC environment in Poznań area.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English and Romanian for day-to-day communication with stakeholders.
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C, Billing, Collections, or similar environment.
• Experience in customer-facing invoicing, receivables follow-ups or dispute resolution.
• Good understanding of O2C processes and AR fundamentals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with proactive problem solving.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of Excel and ability to work with data.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of AI-based tools in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring outstanding receivables and overdue invoices.
• Supporting invoicing and billing processes.
• Contacting customers via email and phone regarding payments and account queries.
• Investigating reasons for payment delays and supporting resolution.
• Reviewing and resolving billing discrepancies and disputes.
• Maintaining and updating customer accounts in ERP systems.
• Monitoring accounts and ensuring timely allocation of payments.
• Preparing reports related to receivables and collections.
• Collaborating with Customer Service, Finance, Sales and other stakeholders.
• Supporting cash collection activities and maintaining healthy cash flow.
• Ensuring high-quality customer communication and relationships.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements in O2C.
