MTU Aero Engines Polska Sp. z o.o. poszukuje specjalisty ds. Data Science i inżynierii mechanicznej do pracy nad projektami analitycznymi i ML w środowisku przemysłowym. Będziesz rozwijać modele i wspierać procesy symulacyjne w międzynarodowym zespole, raportując postępy zespołowi w Munchn.

Qualifications

• Wymagane tytuły Bachelor’s lub Master’s z Data Science, inżynieria mechaniczna lub równoważne.
• Dobra znajomość Pythona i narzędzi NumPy/pandas/scikit-learn.
• Chęć nauki implementacji konteneryzowanych aplikacji.
• Znajomość PyCharm/Tableau/Git/Linux.
• Doświadczenie w statystyce i ML, ETL i zarządzaniu bazami SQL.
• Podstawowa znajomość procesów produkcyjnych będzie atutem.
• Umiejętność czytania i interpretowania dokumentacji technicznej.
• Gotowość do szkoleń w Munchn, komunikatywność i praca w zespole międzynarodowym.

Responsibilities

• Tworzenie i automatyzacja potoków ETL oraz algorytmów ML do predykcji odchyleń części i wykrywania anomalii.
• Wsparcie w treningu i utrzymaniu wbudowanego oprogramowania symulacyjnego.
• Samodzielne realizowanie projektów z raportowaniem postępów.
• Udział w zarządzaniu interdyscyplinarnymi zespołami i realizacja zadań projektowych.
• Współpraca z różnymi zespołami i wymiana metod oraz dobrych praktyk.
• Regularne raportowanie techniczne do MTU München, Niemcy.

Job description

Nasze wymagania:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification,
• Strong knowledge of Python, including NumPy, pandas and scikit-learn,
• Willingness to learn how to implement containerized applications,
• Familiarity with tools such as PyCharm, Tableau, Git and Linux,
• Experience in statistics and machine learning, data collection (ETL) and database management (SQL), preferably for shop floor data,
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes will be an advantage,
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation,
• Openness to qualification training in Munich,
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with a diverse, virtual team,
• Ability to work independently in an international environment,
• Very good written and spoken English, German is a plus,

Zakres obowiązków:

• Development and automatization of ETL pipelines and machine learning algorithms for parts deviation prediction and anomaly detection,
• Support in training and maintenance of in-house developed simulation software,
• Independent execution of projects with regular reporting,
• Participation in management of interdisciplinary teams and execution of project tasks,
• Close cooperation with different teams and sharing of methods and best practices,
• Cooperation and regular technical reporting to MTU Munich, Germany.
