Concentrix is seeking a Danish-speaking Technical Support Agent in Katowice, Poland. You will assist customers via phone, email and chat, troubleshoot devices and apps, and guide setup and maintenance. Strong English, Windows/MS Office skills, and a customer-focused approach are essential.

This full-time role in Katowice offers relocation assistance, a 9:00–17:00 schedule (Mon–Fri) with Saturday 9:00–13:00, plus benefits and career development programs through Concentrix Academy.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Danish (C1) and English (B2).
• Experience in customer service, technical support, helpdesk, or troubleshooting roles.
• Strong technical aptitude and interest in consumer electronics, smart devices, home & garden equipment, or power tools.
• Ability to analyze problems and provide clear, customer-friendly solutions.
• Good knowledge of Windows environment and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to products, accessories, mobile applications, and connected devices
• Guide customers through product setup, installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Identify root causes of technical issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary.
• Document customer interactions and technical findings accurately in internal systems.
• Educate customers on product features, best practices, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets.
