Concentrix is seeking Danish-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join our team in Katowice, Poland. This on-site role supports Danish-speaking customers, handling product and order inquiries and assisting with issue resolution.

The position offers a monthly salary of 11,000 PLN, private health insurance, and a multicultural, international work environment with opportunities to develop skills and gain international experience.

Qualificações

• Fluent Danish, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support to Danish-speaking customers.
• Answer questions regarding products, orders, deliveries, and returns.

• Maintain accurate customer information in internal systems.
