Concentrix in Poland is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our international team. You will support Danish-speaking customers by answering questions about products, orders and deliveries, and help resolve inquiries related to services.

This on-site role is based in Katowice. We offer a monthly salary of 11,000 PLN, private health insurance, and a multicultural environment with opportunities to develop your skills and gain international experience.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent Danish, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-focused and professional approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.

Aufgaben

• Provide customer support to Danish-speaking customers.
